These terms cover your use of the MIEN TREATS website and the orders you place through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
Placing an order
The order form builds a message for you to send to us on WhatsApp. Sending it is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your order is confirmed once we have agreed the details with you on WhatsApp.
How much notice we need
- Cakes: please order 5 to 7 days ahead.
- Pastries: please order at least 3 days ahead.
- Event and bulk orders need extra planning, so please contact us as early as you can.
Prices, payment and delivery
Prices, payment and delivery details are agreed with you on WhatsApp before your order is confirmed. You can choose pickup or delivery in the order form, and we will confirm what is possible for your area.
Custom and themed cakes
The photos on this website show examples of our work. Each custom cake is made to your brief. Because our cakes and pastries are handmade, small differences in colour, shape and finish can happen.
Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as milk, eggs, wheat and nuts. If you or anyone you are ordering for has an allergy, please tell us in your order notes and on WhatsApp. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. Any deposit or cancellation terms are agreed with you when your order is confirmed.
